VIDEO: Ad Hoc Liaison Committee focuses on Palestinian state-building program

The major Palestinian donors met in Brussels today to take stock of the state-building efforts under Prime Minister Salam Fayyad.
Quartet Representative Tony Blair said "credible political negotiations" were needed on a "very urgent” basis to "revive the political process".
The speakers at the press breifing were:
- Catherine Ashton, EU High Representative and EC Vice-President;
- Jonas Gahr Store, Norwegian Minister for Foreign Affairs and chair of the AHLC;
- Tony Blair, Middle East Quartet Representative;
- Salam Fayyad, Prime Minister of the Palestinian Authority;
- Irit Ben-Abba, Deputy Director General at the Department for Economic Affairs of Israel's Ministry for Foreign Affairs
