Pass It On

The London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games have inspired a generation of young people to get involved in sport. Achieving a legacy of sports participation was right at the heart of the bid to host the Games, and at The Tony Blair Sports Foundation we have worked hard since our launch in 2007 to recruit volunteer coaches, officials and young leaders across the North East who can support more young people from our region and give them the opportunity to take part in sport.

We have already seen an increase in the number of sporting opportunities that are available in the North East thanks to our increased number of coaches, officials and young leaders. But we want to make sure that this is a true sports participation legacy by carrying on our work beyond 2012.

Our Pass It On campaign is going to help us do this. To find out more, read on here.
