Tony Blair announces speech on why leadership matters for Africa

AGI Patron Tony Blair will be speaking at the Center for Global Development in Washington DC tomorrow, on his vision for a new partnership with Africa.

The speech will be followed by a Q&A session with the President of the Center, Nancy Birdsall, and will be streamed live here.

The speech coincides with the publication of a pamphlet by Tony Blair, entitled “Not Just Aid: How Making Government Work Can Transform Africa” which will be available on the Center for Global Development website shortly after the speech.
